Training Content

We provide training and development for your staff on the correct
procedures if they sustain an injury at work or on their way to or from
work.
We advise them why it is important to report all incidents to the
appropriate person, as well as why it is essential that they work with
their Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator and aim to return to
work as soon as they are able.
Wham Solutions offers to train your senior staff in appropriate
workplace procedures, including identification of potential common law
claims and the importance of offering suitable duties to injured workers
in order to assist them to return to work as soon as they are able.
We are able to show your staff the impact on your workers compensation
premium with high statutory and high common law claims and assist them
to understand the impact on the 'bottom line' of premium increases.
We stress the importance of correct statement taking procedures at the
time of the event and offer training to your key staff, usually your
Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator or Workplace Health and
Safety Officer in these procedures.
We also show you the importance of preservation of evidence and
documentation assisting you to put correct systems into place.
