service from the initial lodgment of a statutory claim with WorkCover
QLD, to the ongoing management of a workers compensation claim, to the
lodgment of a Common Law Claim.
If you believe that a claim for compensation could be fraudulent we can
investigate the circumstances discreetly, and supply you with accurate
evidence to submit to WorkCover to enable them to make an appropriate
decision on the claim.
Our investigators are trained solely in dealing with issues raised in
the workplace, and will provide an independent, fair and impartial
investigation.
If you wish to limit your liability in the event of a claim being lodged
against you for Common Law, then you must investigate the claim as soon
as possible after the event occurs. The earlier an incident is
investigated, the fairer the end result will be.
Wham Solutions will ensure that we obtain statements from the
claimants and the witnesses as soon as possible after an event has
occurred. This will allow us to collect valuable information and
evidence while the incident is clear and fresh in the minds of all
concerned parties.
We are able to offer surveillance if you believe that a worker is
abusing the WorkCover system or there is an element of fraud involved.
This can include video footage as well as photographs with a report
covering the events.
A properly conducted independent investigation will examine all relevant
issues and provide a factual report. This report will allow WorkCover
and/or qualified counsel to make the proper decision in each case.
