Workplace Health & Management Solutions Pty
Ltd (Wham Solutions) is the
brain child of Helen Weber who detected a need for
organisations to better understand their commitment to
workers compensation obligations.
Helen brings five years experience as a Customer
Services Manager with WorkCover in Queensland, where she
managed a portfolio of over 240 policyholders with a
collective premium level of over $12 million. She
helped many reduce their premiums by instituting more
effective claims management processes.
Since forming Wham Solutions in September 2000 Helen has
assisted many organisations to implement systems and
procedures to reduce incidents as well as support
thereby reducing their workers compensation premiums.
Helen's philosophy is "knowledge is power". She has now
been offering her knowledge to organisations to help
them better understand risk assessments and liability
issues and potentially benefit from reduced premiums.
MISSION
STATEMENT
Workplace Health &
Management Solutions will work with employers to
provide safer and more productive working
environments for all employees.
We will help the
employer to minimise the risk of potential injuries
and incidents, while assisting them to navigate
complex workers compensation and workplace health
and management issues.
Wham Solutions will
also assist employers where possible to reduce their
workers compensation premiums while working within
the appropriate legal and statutory framework.
